SLOW SERVICE....NO SERVICE

<p>It’s been two weeks that my car has been in at Renew-it Sandton, my car has not been touched, the parts have not even been ordered. When you call to follow-up, your call never gets returned. I keep getting passed onto a new consultant, each lady has different feedback, when you log onto the website tracking... it says not even the parts have been ordered.</p> <p>There is no urgency, nor “accurate” commination as to what the status is. </p> <p>Mary-Jane being the only person to seem to make some effort to help me, her not even being the consultant assigned to me. So frustrating, I’m carless, and the way things are going it seems I will be carless for another month.</p>
