SHOCKING VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICE

My car recently been repaired at Renew-IT Sandton and what SHOCKING non-existing service and the repair on my vehicle was less than sub-standard to say the least. The paint job has bubbles on it. When I collected my car the entire light, bumper and bonnet was completely misaligned. They did NOT do the work that I requested them to do - even though I have confirmation of this in writing - only to find out the guy who made the commitment and worked on my car was FIRED on Monday! Trying to get a Manager to assist me took 2 hours! They were all "hiding"at the back. I get an SMS on Tuesday 12h00 to say that my car will be ready by 17h00....only to arrive the next morning with my car NOT being ready and NO Quality Checks being done. Today whilst driving my vehicle there is a grating sound on the wheel, clearly showing the body panels is misaligned. They just say "sorry" - without offering to fix the problem OR take the people responsible for incompetence to book! Now I have to return my vehicle to be repaired AGAIN after 3 weeks of total inconvenience. I asked them to explain how this can happen and they are not prepared to answer me. The best is this morning I get an SMS saying that my car is almost ready for collection - that after I already have my car????!!!!
