Shocking

Shocking!! Frustrating and unprofessional can’t believe how they treat customers. Please don’t reply to this review on hellooeter by writing apologies… you know very well how bad the service was… starting from the receptionist who can see the number appearing and doesn’t call back. Owner doesn’t return calls/emails… All staff very unprofessional. My car was delivered back but they forgot to fix one of the 2 insurance claims and didn’t bother to tell me. How can you possibly still be open if this is the bad service you give??
