Renew it Sandton worst experience ever
I took my car in the repairs last week was sent to a very rude consultant. Who kept asking me for things that a person who doesn’t work on insurance or at repairs shop knows what shes look for refused to assist me and said I must come back when I have the authorisation letter. I stayed there for a good 3 hours showing her emails and asking her is this what she’s looking for she kept saying no instead of showing me what was needed. On my own I got and tried asking a different consultant who was friendlier. Ever since I have received no updates on my car despite calling the front desk and a lady called amahle on her cell phone over 20 times over a period of two days to no answers or nothing. I just need my car back and to know what is happening . I’ve heard horrible stories about renew it but this was chosen my insurer I was just Hoping I would have a better experience

This is the 3rd day I’m calling Amahle and renew it sandton with no answer and over an entire week with no progress on my car. With car sending messages that car battery is disconnected and tracker calling me in the middle of the night that my car can’t be tracked. I don’t even know if I should report my car ****** or what.
