Renew it Sandton poor customer service or ******

I have had the worst experience with Renew it Sandton who took my car in February promised it would be 5-7 working days 14 days later no communication not answering calls only o find that they had stripped my car and there are no parts to fix my car. I then picked up my car with no belly button bottom seal cover and side seal cover and the manager Illahm just forced me to pay I asked her what am I paying for cos nothing was fixed on my car. I just paid so she can release my car. I have since been driving my car like that. calling none stop using a WhatsApp line with a man who refused to give me information. I don’t know if they are ****** because I have had horrible treatment from day one. Or do they just treat all their customers this horribly.
