Renew It Sandton nightmare

I have booked in my car with them through my Insurance company, Budget Insurance. The Insurance took care of everything, however, the Renew It technicians failed to fix my car perfectly, so I had to take it back. It's been over four days and I can't even get ahold of then for feedback. They confirmed that the error would be fixed in a few hours, however, it has been four days and I need my car. I have tried to contact them ever since yesterday the 2nd May, till today they have not gotten back to me and I keep having to contact them myself. If your Insurance offers to take your car to Renew It, just refuse. They will fail you and instead of Renewing, they will Ruin It.
