RECEPTION IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
As much as the service they do on the vehicle is good, getting feedback on progress from these people is next to impossible. It's always a struggle getting through to people. I'm sorry but Shanique (sp) & Lebo at reception are just terrible. I'm currently trying to call Elam the warranty manager and I've been on the phone for 4:57, they still have not answered the phone. I've been trying all week. When they do answer the phone, you get blindly transferred to people who also aren't and you end up having to drop the call and phone back. If you don't drive there, it will take forever to get any feedback from these people. It's so frsutrating!!!
