Problems with repaired vehicle

Nissan Qashqai CD99TGGP. My car was sent to Renew-it Randburg for minor scratches and a small dent on the right front of my car. When I went to collect my car I saw that the trimming that had re be replaced over the wheel arch was loose. I pointed this out to Christolle and Rodney. I was given a loan vehicle by Rodney and told that they would deliver my car by rollback the following day. The following day I was phoned by Zain saying that he got lost and was at Mays Chemist in Auckland park. I went to meet him there. When I got there my car was not on a rollback, but driven there. The very first thing I noticed was that the front bumper was hanging. Zain told me to take it up with Rodney. As I got into my car I noticed that nearly 50 kilometers was driven with my car and it was only 12 kilometers to Ranburg. I immediately phoned Christolle, but she was busy on a call and I left a message. She phoned me the following morning and said I should bring my car back.
