Post repairs service is horrible.

great service and communication while the car is still with them, but as soon as you pick your car up, any missing parts or finishes after you've picked the car up you'll struggle.

I've been waiting for them to finish the trim on my car, it's now almost a month, nothing. Ilhaam (the manager) and the one responsible for the resolution of this, is now not answering calls and I'm sitting with an unfinished car.

My advice is if you can, do not authorize payment from the insurer until you are absolutely sure that your car is completely done.
