Poor service and workmanship overall
It has to be said the front office friendly and professional and it ends there. Poor service overall from communication point view and not even a single call from the service advisor that I was allocated. You call you don't get any answer but promises that are not keeped and I come to fatch my car after 3 weeks they make me wait for 2 hours only to find poor workmanship job not done properly had to book for a return on the spot. Overall rating very poor.

How Mercedes benz has endorsed you I truly don't know the worst experience of my tire life. This is BS
