Poor Service

I am so disappointed with the service I received from Renew-it Sandton. My car has been in their Assembly department since the 10th of June 2021.

I was promised that my car will be ready on Tuesday, the 15 June 2021. I phoned them on Tuesday morning and Siphiwe told me that my car is still in the assembly and will be ready on Thursday, the 17 June 2021.

I emailed Siphiwe and also made calls but he failed to respond nor return my calls. Today, the 18 of June I spoke to Sofleen who confirmed with the Assembly Manager that my car is not yet ready. Unfortunately Sofleen could not promise me the expected date for delivery since they already promised me twice and could not deliver.

I hate business that over promise and under deliver.
