Poor fixing quality

I recently took my car for panel beating. They fited the bumper and fender scew. The fender also easily unclipped from the fender with no real effort in front of there consultant Harold. Harold was a smooth talker but a man with no action. I complained and they told I can pay my access take my car in and they will phone and arrange for the car to be booked in again to be fixed. I still have not heard from Harold or anyone from renewit. They might have fancy offices, coffee and Profesional looking emails but there actual work is shoddy and unprofessional.
