Phenominal customer service and professionalism

On the 15th September 2015 on my way to work I hit a rock, which damaged the front bumper of my car and destroyed my sump. I was referred to Renew It, Sandton as a preferred supplier for my vehicle brand. My car was duly towed to Renew It in Sandton and from my first encounter with them I was impressed with the level of service and customer care. Mr. Charles Byrne, the Managing Director, came out to inspect the car and to reassure me that all would be well. Every day I receive at least one sms and email informing me of the status of the repairs and how much longer my car would be at Renew It. I have phoned the company on a regular basis and no matter who I speak to they are professional and helpful. Every employee is a true ambassador for Renew It. I would like to congratulate Mr. Charles Byrne for the excellent customer service I have received and my thanks go to every staff member for the extra mile they are wiling to go for customers. I can highly recommend Renew It in Sandton for anyone needing panel beating. I have never experienced this level of care and customer service. They deserve high praise. Should you require their services you will be impressed!
