I had left my car in December 2014 to be fixed for a minor problem at the penelbeaters I was involved in an accident as a result, my front bumper got damaged. I took my car in to be fixed at Renew it penelbeaters in Marlboro. Renew it penelbeaters took 4 months to fix my car of which I thought it be unacceptable. On the 13th April 2016 I went to fetch my car only to find out that my car had been used and damaged at the back. The service at Renew it penelbeaters was very poor and i'm willing to take this matter further to the authorities if there is no response as what had happened to my car while it was under your care. Please treat this email very urgently.
