Pathetic service

Took my car in over a month ago. They NEVER, as in not once called to give me an update. When I followed up, someone was going to call me back and they never do! <br> They called to tell me to pick up my car, and when i got there, it took more than 4 people over 45min to discover the car was not ready, nor was it even on the premises. Pathetic! <br> They gave me a courtesy car with no fuel and when my car was eventually delivered, there were new chips on it and my items were missing. The driver promised me they would call me first thing the next day...and to date...Im still waiting. I called them, and they would call me back by the end of the day. What do you know? Its a new day now...and still no word from them :(<br> Now I've discovered that they did not fix/replace the mud guard after my accident, but rather they took 5 weeks on just 1 door's body work? Really? Basically, my car looks good, but there are all sorts of flaps hanging from the bottom of the car and its my problem now.<br> What pathetic service from them - NEVER AGAIN!
