Non Existent Customer Service

My car was at this branch for panel beating following an accident. While the service platform was professional, and the actual job adequate, the customer service I have received has been appalling. The SMS service explains that you can send an SMS and receive an update. I tried to use this service twice and received no updates. Additionally, following the return of my car, I had some complaints and issues. No amount of calling or emailing the customer service helpline has resulted in any useful feedback on how the issues I have will be addressed.
