No service

My vehicle was towed to Renew-it Sandton on 3 Nov. Today is the 5th of December. After several calls to Renew-it Sandton I still don't have an answer as to when my vehicle will be done. The person I am supposed to speak to never return my calls. The last call I made was on Friday 3 Dec and then according to JP my car was done he will check and phone me back. I am still waiting for the call. I phoned on Monday 4 Dec with no luck. I have sent an e-mail with no response from JP.
