After many many attempts over the last 2 days of me trying to contact your Proline Express Wynberg branch, at a 99% unsuccessful rate (the telephone number: ***, this phone rings incessantly and goes unanswered an issue I was told by one of your employees that has been a long-standing one; the email person'*** - this too proved unsuccessful whether I was sending an email to Rebecca or to whomever, the email was returned to me, and when Proline Wynberg attempted to email me - the email bounced back to them too, so it seems that your email system at the shop is down too). So now what, ***eons perhaps :(. Seriously guys a company like Renew-It should have better systems in place surely. Needless to say this has been a horrid shockingly bad experience for me just to add to my trauma of my car accident (etc) of the last 2 weeks. Time for Renew-It to renew their customer service systems pronto!
