Missing car tools

<p>My Kia Picanto , reg : DW49HKGP was at the stripping department at Renew It Sandton 05/06/2017 . They kept updating me evryweek of which department the car was in until three weeks ago when asked when the car will get ready.</p> <p>I recieved a call from "Charlene or Kaylee" on my cellphone number on the 04 july 2:02pm (voice message ) claiming the car was in the polishing department and it would be ready by 3:30pm that afternoon and I should call them to let them know when i can collect. I called back at 3 asking to speak to Retha Ne,(who was my agent then. The receptionist took my number claiming she would pass on the message and call me back, Nobody called. I decieded to email the agent Retha Nel to let her know will be there first thing in the morning (05/07/2017 ) only to find her not there the next morning and my car was not even fixed .</p> <p>Had to wait for an hour for them to finish my car, as a result was late for work. I then was given my car eventually with my tools missing from the boot, and the hand break not operating hundred percent. I emailed Retha and asked if my tools could be delivered to me at work as its an inconvienience for me to go there on the 11th July 2017. I am still waiting for them. </p> <p>I would like my tools delvered to me and my hand break fixed, if the tools are ****** would like Renew It Sandton to give me the money for me to replace all of them.</p>
