Lack of professionalism

Firstly, I don’t understand why my previous review was removed and secondly, the lady who contacted me whom I’m assuming was meant to resolve the issue has absolutely no professionalism. In fact, she was rude. I’m truly disappointed with the way this is being handled. You clearly don’t know what client service means.
