Incorrect parts used to repair the vehicle,

I collected my vehicle from the repairer on the 10/09/2022 and it started overheating roughly 2 weeks later. Took the vehicle to Honda and they informed me that incorrect parts were used to repair the vehicle, Shocking that that this can be allowed to happen....
