Vehicle been with them for 6 weeks. Repeated phone calls not returned. Repeated promises to call back broken. Repeated promises that parts would arrive that day broken. I had to disguise my identity to get service manager on the line so that I could get feedback. on this occassion remarkably parts apparently arrived that day. After 5 weeks I was assured that vehicle was in painting which would take 5 days and then assembly would begin. 10 days later and I am told that vehicle is in for paint. ***********. Dishonest.
