I was also frustrated last week for not getting my calls answered. but Edna Nelson (customer service) actually made the time to come back to me.

I later realized that the delay is also being caused by my insurance PMD. They did an assessment and submitted a report to PMD but PMD people will not respond to any emails and they actually wont even take my calls.

I think next time before we write a review as clients we need to do a root cause analysis. Thank you Edna Nelson
