Horrible service from Renew it Sandton!

Horrible service from these repairers! My car went in and was with them for four weeks only for it to be released with mess-up paint by the driver's door. The lady by the Samantha said it would take half day to fix the error.

Cam back a week later was told by Andrew or Andrei it would a day. Came time to hand it in they said they needed three days, told them that was not going to work as I had been told this was a day's work they promised to finish it within a day and I left my car. Later that day they were not done and said it would be ready the next day. The next which was a Thursday, it was ready because "paint was not dry due to the weather". It was raining on the day. Service provider by name of Carmella promises t call early the next morning to arrange pick-up as it would be ready at 10am. I called them 9.35am and told there were drivers.

Waited until 10.35 and they did not call. Left home for work they called to arrange pick up at 11am, told them I could not as I was already at work after they delayed my day earlier they sould come at 2pm.

Their driver rocked up at 2.23. No apology nothing from their management as I was the one who had messed up paint on the car! Never taking my car there again. Get the job right the first time and be damn reliable!
