Good day , I'm writing this to express my gratitude to Renew IT Sandton. The process was very smooth, from the time I had my accident up until I collected my car from them. The real reason why I am writing this message is because of Sofleen, She really went above and beyond what was required. From the first discussion I had with her a year ago to collecting my car last year and messaging her yesterday and getting such a prompt response. I have nothing but praise for her and I am blown away by the level of service that she has provided me when it comes to my car. I just wanted to send my gratitude to her. Because of Sofleen, there were no issues when I went there today. It’s so amazing and refreshing to see such a dedicated person even when most people out there are so demotivated, and she and renew IT go all out and give it your best shot. I can see why your customers come back again and again. I will most definitely refer Sandton Renew IT and Sofleen to friends and family as well as use you in the future. Kind regards
