Frustrated & Disappointed with Renew It

Our car was towed to Renewit over a week ago and till today no one has come back to us to update us on the assessment nor status of repairs. This is shocking service, HOW are we expected to get around if you people hold our car and don't even have the decency to keep us updated?????? We are supposed to be dealing with someone called Rebecca who clearly needs customer service training!!!!! The least you could do is give us a courtesy vehicle so we can get around!!!!!!
