excellent service from Rephilwe

<p>I had the misfortune of having an accident in my hire car on the way to pick up my car from Renew it on Witkoppen this morning. Needless to say I was flustered by the time I walked in. Rephilwe was amazing - she called the car hire dealership got me a coffee and brought me tissues.... so kind and caring. Renew It are very fortunate to have a front line staff member representing its company. I was eternally grateful for her compassion..... I hope she gets rewarded</p>
