Empty Promises - VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Amongst the repairs Renew-IT Sandton had to do on my car, they also had to replace the Tail-lights and Tow-bar. I collected my car on a Friday, 09 Jan 2015 and parked it in my garage over the weekend. On Monday 12 Jan 2015 my car wouldn't start. I called towing service and we took it to Nissan. The report from Nissan technicians stated that the wires on the Tail lights and Tow-bar were crossed and this caused the main fuse to burn. I reported this to Renew-IT Sandton on 13 Jan 2015 and asked that they reimburse me the money I paid to Nissan (Mind you I didn't even request for the Towing Service money). Renew-IT agent asked me to send him a copy of the invoice and a report of the defect from Nissan. The service agent then promised me that they will reimburse and I submitted him with my banking details. To date, I still haven't received my money.

Every time I call I get empty promises of the EFT taking 48hrs, then 3 days. i called again today I was told by Mary-jane that it still hasn't been processed as yet and that EFT takes 7 days. Charles Byrne is for ever in meetings and doesn't return calls. Pay-Back-The-Money
