Empty Promises - Poor service Renews-it Sandton

On 25th of February, I reviewed this company as my jumper cables disappeared from my car. On the same day they apologised and promised to replace my jumper cables. Until today, 13 March, nothing has happened. I followed up a couple of times but no action just empty promises from Renew-it Sandton.
