Do not take your vehicle here! Worst service provider ever!

Do not take your vehicle here!!!! They are quick to turn around the quotes to get your business but the moment you give your vehicle in, it's gone! There is no professional courtesy at all. They DO NOT tell you that they will keep your vehicle for weeks to repair a tiny scratch. They take your vehicle and keep it in disassembly for weeks before work actually starts. The web based feedback is futile if there is no progess with repair. You will never hear a word from Edna until you need to pay. They then threaten to keep your vehicle for months until the excess is paid. When you finally get your vehicle back, you will see how many vehicles are detained because they refuse to release the vehicles. Abhorrent service and not worth the hell they put you through. Do not use them!!!
