Disgraceful services

Hi. I am so appalled at your disgraceful *********** service. I had come through my insurance to REPLACE my windshield water bottle you proceeded to try repair it. You gave me your word that you will replace it. I went for my service at hyandai, they noted it is totally faulty and not working. I proceeded to try call the entire day. No one answers!! I am fed up with your sub par service. I can't even get through to talk to anyone.
