Disappointed

My vehicle was taken in to Renew-it Sandton in May 2016. I was very pleased with the professionalism which I received. In Early November, I took my vehicle in to VW to sort out some aircon issue, only to be told that my warranty is void because somebody used pirate parts on my vehicle. Added to this, the paint work done by renew-it started to peal off. I informed them of the issue and took my vehicle back to them. Nobody could give me an answer as to why **** parts were used on my vehicle especially when the website claims to "only use manufacturer approved parts". After two weeks I was informed that my vehicle was repaired, all **** parts were removed and my warranty had been re-instated at VW. I was also informed that certain people had been fired following this incident. I noticed the same issue with my aircon recently so I took it in to VW again. This is because I live in the Free State and can't afford to drive through to Sandton and take leave just for poor workmanship. To my surprise (again) I was informed today by VW that there are pirate parts in my car.

I can't help but feel that I am not the only one who has been cheated in this matter. Had I not gone to VW, I would never have discovered this ********** activity
