Customer's charged incorrectly

Hi, while using their courtesy vehicle until mine was repaired, someone rode into me, they submitted their insurance details and accepted responsibility. However, Renew-It billed my insurance (Discovery) not only with my vehicle but with the courtesy vehicle's damage too, not billing the guilty party at all even though we'd both submitted his details! :(
