Complaint
Last Dec I had an accident and my car was taken to renew-it Sandton. I took the car pictures and my car was then taken to Vaal auto body and they also taken pictures before they took the car to my surprise my car boot was missing. On the 23rd I went to renew-it to lay a complaint and I was told that they will look for my cover and deliver it. Till to date I don't get any joy, I have been calling the lady by the name of Adriana who promised to assist on the matter above but my calls are being dropped after I've been asked to hold more than 20min.
