Bad service Renew it Sandton.

What a bad experience i got from Renew it Sandton, my car was toured there on the 23August 2024 by the 27 August it was stripped, my car spend 1 and a half month there, no Communication nothing, i had to call and visit the side for then to start working on my car and sending out notification on the car, today the 10/10/2024 i was called by the receptionist that my battery car dead while my car was with them from the 23/08/2024, what kind of service is this?
