The service from Renew It Sandton was Terrible! Firstly, they overcharge. They kept promising dates as to when the car would be ready for collection and kept having to change the dates as they could not meet their timelines, leaving me stranded. Their communication is awful, as I had to be the one to keep following up with them. After receiving the car the fog lights were not working and there was a leak on the car, I had to return on 2 different occasions and to date, the problem is still not resolved. They show no sympathy for the inconveniences caused towards us as the clients and have no sense of urgency.

I definitely wont ever be using them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!
