Appalling service and damaged vehicle

<p> I took my car into Renew It Sandton back in March for damage to the front left hand side. They did a thorough check of the entire vehicle on receipt including the boot even down to the spare wheel etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>On collecting my car they had not repaired some of the original damage and now in addition the boot does not open and there is a tear in the rubber seal that was not there before. I took my vehicle back for them to re-repair it and since then have not had any response back from them. Retha and Carmella are terrible and I need to follow up with them constantly to get any response, even leaving messages for them to call me back does not help. I have had to go through my insurance company to get any kind of response. </p> <p> </p> <p>They refuse to repair the damage that was done to the boot of my vehicle because apparently they did not work on the boot of the car, but somehow it is now damaged in two places since I took it to them. And this after signing off that everything was fine in the initial vehicle check. On looking back I have now seen other reviews where clients had similar problems so clearly it is not just me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The workmanship and service has been appalling and frankly I find their responses and attitude very dishonest. Please don't ever use this service provider.</p>
