Worst turnaround time
Renew-it has had my vehicle Since the 6th of May 2023, and it has only been there for mechanical repairs. As I am writing this it is the 20th of June and I still haven't received my vehicle. Renew-it Greenstone never picks up their phone. I have tried using their online "check your progress" feature it informs me that my vehicle is still in the Paint preparation stage, what paint? because there no painting that needs to be done? can replacing a control arm really take 7 weeks? and why is it even stuck in the painting stage in the first instance? and nobody even cares to inform me on what the delay is all about.
