Worst panel beaters

The worst experience. I didn’t pick this service provider. My insurance just brought my asset to this place where they don’t care for it. The people are careless with their information handling and don’t have mandate of what they are doing. They dodge calls and always refer you to another person who’s always unavailable. Needless to say the relationship manger from telesure under budget is terrible at service also hasn’t gotten back to me since last week. They’ve had my asset for over a month and are telling me there’s no delay but the car is in panel beating stage for over 7 days prior it was 2 weeks of ordering parts now another 4 days just awaiting paint preparation. I’m already upset I can’t imagine if my asset will be in great condition once I receive it back which also I don’t know when cause they don’t have a turn around time for when they will finish the job. This is the 3rd Friday where they’ve promised me my car but nothing is happening. Im being told there’s no delay but even a blind person can see this. Worse is I have no control cause budget just gave these people my car and now im stuck. The worst from Andri to Pinky and the receptionist calling me the VEW lady cause I have to call everyday only for no progress and zero feedback. Should be closed !
