Very unprofessional

after Renewit Greenstone having my vehicle for almost 2 months, i had not called, moaned or demanded the work on my vehicle to be rushed. the only checks done on my vehicle was body work. No one bothered to do inspections on mechanics or the windows, side mirrors, airbag lights, nothing even the front grill was for the wrong car... before leaving the premisis, i had shown the woman assisting me that this was the issue. after waiting for over an hour and a half for someone to tell me that these parts were to be ordered and i should bring my vehicle back the following friday which i did, upon arriving the following friday i had dealt with the same lady who i had dealt with originally forgot to order the necessary parts. i had to drive all the way from crown mines to greenstone for absolutely nothing. it has now been 3 weeks later since my last visit and still no progress.... all i want is for my car to be fixed and finished with.
