Very poor service at Renew-it Greenstone

Renew-it Greenstone is the worst company i've ever dealt with! <br> <br> They consistently over-promise and don't deliver. <br> <br> My car has been in for repairs for 2 months now. I've been promised it will be ready the next week and the next for over a month, just to be disappointed when the said date arrives. <br> <br> Not once have they contacted me in spite of promising to do so. And when i phone, i get insincere excuses read from a script. <br> <br> The last promised day was yesterday. When i phoned at 3pm to ask if it's ready, their latest and most ludicrous excuse was they now discovered it needed a seatbealt, and they were waiting for insurance to approve, and they weren't sure if there is going to be stock when they order. <br> <br> What seatbealt? There was nothing wrong with the car's seatbealts!<br> <br> This was the third discovery of something else that needed replacing, and after every such discovery follows another waiting period.<br> <br> They are ruining me, because i've been having to rent a car and i have to keep on extending the dates. <br> <br> Enough already!
