Very Poor Customer Service, Poor Workmanship

<p>My vehicle went to Renew-it after an accident 26/12/2016 as authorized by insurance. Everytime that I phone to find out what is going on with my vehicle Patricia Tshabalala (the service agent assigned to the car) was never available to answer my calls and never called me back.</p> <p>I got a call on the 06/01/2017, from Patricia saying that they awaiting authorization, which I had already received an email about from the insurance. This carried on and on.</p> <p>Finally I received a call on 17/02/2017 informing me that the vehicle is ready for collection.</p> <p>I collected the car and picked up that my power steering was no longer power steering, I felt like I was driving a Golf 1 when I had a fiesta ST 2014 model, with a huge dent on the passanger door that was never there before.</p> <p>I called them, and arranged to take the car back. On the 21/02/2017, Renew-It sent a tow truck to take the car.</p> <p>Upon arrival, Gary Brooke called to inform me that the steering wheel issue was as a result of my battery being flat (this is utter bull that I never bought into). They replaced my battery and fixed the dent.</p> <p>Got another call from Renew-It 15/03/2017, and we arranged that they bring my car to my home as I was unable to come collect.<br />I test drove the car when I got home and realised that there repairs had gone from bad to WORSE. I still was driving a "Golf 1", and new scratches all over the vehicle, side shaft is F****D and the paint work on the whole car is rough. If I had wanted a matte car, I would have taken the car somewhere for that.</p> <p>I had to call the insurance to send an ssessor out as I was not willing to take back the courtesy car with my car is this state.</p> <p>I'm actually at a point where I ask myself, if that is still my car? and if all my parts are still in my engine.</p> <p>Disgusting and terrible service Gary Brooke and all from Renew-It Greenstone</p> <p><br />NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, EVEN IF INSURANCE INSISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
