Utterly Horrible Service

I am giving them one star cause I cannot go any lower.

I handed my car in over a month ago with minor front end damage, which should have taken about a week or two to repair, they told me my car will be ready in three weeks which was not a problem as my insurance arranged a courtesy car.

Long story short it's been more than a month I call in everyday to enquire about my car and every day they tell me a different story they promise to call me back and they don't, eventually I went to the workshop I got there without anybody tending to my car just stripped and left in a corner and found additional damage with my windscreen cracked badly.

My advise to you if your thinking about taking your car there. DO NOT. If your insurance suggests it. Ask them for a different panel beater.
