From the day my insurance claim was approved I was told my vehicle will be repaired by them but I have not heard anything at all from them. I have no updates so basically im in the dark as how far the repair process is. I also tried to track the progress on their website and it seems my vehicle has not been registered as yet which is odd seeing that they have had it since 5 December 2020.
