Unsatisfactory service
I've been patiently waiting for my car for 5 weeks now, but despite sending numerous emails and making calls, the blame for the delay keeps shifting to the supplier's turnaround time, which I find hard to believe. It's frustrating not having peace of mind amidst this waiting game.
