Unfair Service Received

I received dissatisfactory service at Renew-It Greenstone. I took my vehicle in for repairs on the 2nd October 2023 and my boot was working. Upon collection and when I tried putting my bag in the boot, I noted that the boot was no longer working. When I raised this with them, I was advised that the insurance declined the claim to fix the boot however at no point during the repair process was I notified of this. The service consultant has since not acknowledged any of my emails regarding the matter and I am told I have to bare the costs as a client. Shocking service from this provider. Never taking my vehicle to this Panel Beater again.
