****ty service received!!!
Terrible service received. I took my car in for repairs. The assessed the vehicle and sent the quote to my insurer and told me that it was authorized.
I was told that the vehicle was ready after 2 to 3 weeks. I paid the excess before arrival. When i got there, the vehicle was still in for wheel alignment and I had to wait for 2 hours.
The work done was far from professional. Not clean, not painted properly, part wasn't installed (apparently the assessors missed it). I gave them an honest feedback and told them I was not happy with the work they did. They said they were going to order the part and take care of the other issues when they receive the missing part.
It's been almost 2 weeks of zero communication from them, my emails are not being responded to and I am picking up other issues with the vehicle as I drive. The wheels were not properly aligned and it makes a funny sound when I drive.
Extremely disappointed with their service!!!
