they broke my car

I booked my car in for repairs as advised my insurer at Renew It greenstone and everything went well until the day of collection. When I got to the branch in the morning, it looked like the car was getting cleaned up. While I was waiting for the cleaning to be completed, I went to the reception and paid my access. A few minutes later I was told that the car won't start and it is suspected that it could be the battery as the car hasn't been moving for days. They proposed that I give them a few hours to look into that so I can go to work, they will bring the car when they're done. A few hours later, I receive a call and I'm requested to ring I my spare key, when I asked they told me that car would not start and as a result they've taken my car to Ford (I don't which branch) who's requesting for my spare key to uncode something. As I kept on questionin, Ryan said that something went wrong when they car was in a wash bay! I am extremely upset! My car has been washed at repair centres before and there's never been an issue. Now Ineed to take time off work, go home, search for the spare key, go to Ford ( wherever the branch is).that's half of my work day lost!
