Theft and bad repair

We had a Prado repaired to the tune of R40,000 - whole front wheel of driver's side needed to be fixed. When car was returned, the jack and tools related to it as well as some basic tools that were in the glove box were missing. Gary told me it was my responsibility to remove them. What???? In what world do drivers remove the equipment that belongs to the car? Now a few hundred km later, the car front driver's side is making noises, our normal mechanic says something wasn't done correctly and so we are going to have to pay again. NEVER again going to Renew-It. If your insurer wants to send you to Renew-It, refuse and take your car elsewhere.
