Terrible workmanship (Don't EVER send your car there)

<p>I had my vehicle repaired at Renew-IT Greenstone and got it back in shockingly bad state. Almost every panel they touched was either painted poorly (swirls), metal rippled and parts not aligned. It amazes me that any reputable insurance company still sends work to this branch based on their workmanship (or rather lack off). I have left the vehicle back with them and almost a month ago to sort it out again, but have received nothing but excuses every time I phoned to find out what is happening. They claimed to have contacted my insurance to authorise extra parts, but when I contacted my insurance, there was no additional claim request - clearly RENEW-IT GREENSTONE ****. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I got the vehicle, I literally handed over parts/beading that had fallen off the car whilst driving. They scratched my engine covers. There were ripples in the bonnet. The beading around the windscreen had broken clips - the list goes on and on... The vehicle has now been with them for almost a month and I am still waiting.</p> <p>I have asked several other panel beaters to comment on the scope of work (as seen in the pic) and they were shocked to hear that Renew-IT did not replace the bonnet as part of the repair - they took shortcuts to repair it as cheaply as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>A WORD OF CAUTION: IF YOUR INSURANCE SENDS YOUR CAR TO RENEW-IT GREENSTONE, MEET your assesor at the branch to confirm the scope of work, else RENEW-IT GREENSTONE WILL TAKE SHORTCUTS. </strong></p>
